FEATURE: MY TOP 10 Favorite Hip-Hop Albums of ALL-TIME
I've never really tried to do this. Of couse, I've sat around with friends and said "Yeah so-and-so's cd was cold," or "Man, I could listen to whats-his-name's album for a month straight." But never had I constructed a tangible list of my all-time favorite albums. Until now. I posted the list as part of a discussion on Okayplayer, but here it is in long form. A disclaimer: These are MY favorites and not a G.O.A.T. list. I'm not claiming these as the 10 albums that have shaped hip-hop as we know it. Still, I'm thinking this will spark some debate from the community, and that's always welcome.

I would almost agree 100% if it wasn't for that O.C. mention. What the? Although AT-Aliens would argue Southernplayalisticadillac over ATLIENS, although I prefer the latter. What about gems from Da Bushbabies? Fu Schnickens? Curious George? I kid, I kid. I'd swap O.C. for 36 Chambers, Wu Tang Clan... but that's just MY list. No 2Pac or Snoop? Someone is biased. lol.
